We think we have the answer – ‘Fee for Service Cap’ is a recruitment engagement process whereby you only pay for the time we take to find you a candidate and this time is capped so that you don’t have an unwanted budget blow out. This can represent significant savings of 50% or greater when compared with the old commission model, while maintaining replacement guarantees.
